Return Policy

*You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

*Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

* If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

*The item is defective

*The item is damaged

*You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

*Ambassador program items

*Giveaway items (where only a shipping fee was paid)


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

*A 10$ cancellation fee applies to cover processing and transaction costs.
